You can browse our products on-line without having to register, but if you wish to purchase on-line, we ask you to complete some basic details such as your name and address. We do ask you for your e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you about your order, but we will only use these in relation to your order, and occasionally our carriers may contact you by phone if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.

Q. How do I search for specific items in the Online Shop?

You can click on the MAGICAL SHOP button at the top and browse the various categories or you can directly go to any product category by clicking on its link on the left side bar on each screen. Here you will also notice the SEARCH bar.

Type the word or phrase you want to search for and click the SEARCH button. Our search engine will check your search term against all the products currently on the WonderShop.In website. You will then see a page (or several pages) displaying the resulting products that most closely match your query.

It is always advisable to make your search as specific as possible. A search on the term ‘magic’ will return several pages of results and you may have to scroll through them all to find the item you're seeking. However, by typing in ‘Cups and Balls’', you can refine your search, producing results that more closely match your criteria.

If you have seen a product before or been recommended by someone, you can also search on the product Item Code.


Q. How do I completely remove an Item from my shopping cart?

On the CHECKOUT screen, simply click on the Trash Can (Delete) button next to the item. The item will be removed from your shopping cart.


Q. Can I send items as gifts to a different address?

We can dispatch your parcel to any address. While checking out, mention this address in the DELIVERY ADDRESS field. However, we do need to have your BILLING ADDRESS (where your credit/debit card is registered) to authorize your payment. Please ensure that we have both addresses. If there are any other special delivery instructions for us, please mention them too. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you on the phone number provided.


Q. Can I add to my order after I have sent it?

Sorry, but this is not possible. Once you have completed your order, it goes so quickly through the system that it is impossible to add or delete things. Please double-check your order before you pay up.


Q. How do I know that MY ORDER has been placed?

After paying up on the secure CC Avenues page, you will arrive at a screen which will thank you for shopping with us. You can then go into your MY ACCOUNT page and under TRACK YOUR ORDERS, you can see that the order has been placed. You will also receive 2 emails- one from wondershop.in with your order details and one from CC Avenues with your payment details. Please keep the emails for reference.


Q. After placing an order and paying up, what 2 emails will I receive?

The first email will be from WonderShop.In with the ORDER DETAILS. This will include your ORDER NUMBER, ORDER DETAILS (items ordered, quantities, prices), the TOTAL AMOUNT PAID and also the DELIVERY & BILLING ADDRESS details.

The second email will be from our Payment Gateway Partner – CC AVENUES. This will have the PAYMENT DETAILS (i.e. the amount you paid using your preferred payment mode) and also you ORDER NUMBER for which the payment is made.


Q. How can I know the current status of my order?

As and when there are any changes in the status of your order (pending, processing, completed or canceled), you will receive emails informing you the same. You may also log in to your account (MY ACCOUNT page) and Track the status of your Order from there.

If all else fails, simply email us your Name, Email Address & Order Number on admin@wondershop.in and we will get back to you.

Q. Is it safe to pay online using my Credit/Debit cards or through Internet banking?

Yes, shopping at WonderShop.In is 100% safe. Credit card payments are processed through the CC Avenue payment gateway that interfaces with various banks. Payment information like credit card no. etc is not entered on our site.  It is entered directly on CC Avenue's payment gateway page or your banks secure server (depending on which payment option you select).  This you can notice from the URL in your address bar. 

In fact paying by credit card on our site is safer than handing over your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant or physical use. 

CC Avenue uses the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card information. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Besides entering the 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number, CC Avenues also asks you to enter the CVV (Credit Verification Value) number on your credit card. This is a 3 digit number which follows your credit card number and is given at the back of the card to ensure that the person entering the card number has the physical plastic card with him/her.

An additional layer of online safety is provided by VISA & Mastercard in the form of a Verified by Visa & MasterCard Securecode respectively, which are passwords that further authenticate your details.

We will keep your order ready the moment we receive your order by post. Once the payment is processed and credited to our account via cheque/cash/direct transfer to bank a/c, we will dispatch your order immediately!

Everything that is in our Offline Mail Order catalogue (downloadable PDF) is available on the website. However, at times we have special offers on the website which are not available in our paper catalogue.

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Wondershop.In. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item. All product prices include VAT. The delivery charges will be added at the time you checkout.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Q. What are the delivery charges? How are they calculated?

For Shopping Online & checking out, your order value must be equal to or more than our MINIMUM ORDER VALUE (mentioned below the shopping cart on the top right of each page). Only then will the Delivery Charges be calculated & will you be able to pay up and checkout.
The Delivery Charge is calculated on the basis of the weight & volume of products you buy.  So the more products you buy, the lesser shipping charge you will pay as the charges get spread over the combined weight of your ordered items.  So you can save your money by ordering more at a time in a single order.

Q. How are the items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with additional layers of protective packaging.

Q. How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. The products are insured for theft & damages during transit.

Q. Once I place the order how many days it will take to deliver the products?

We ship orders from Mumbai. Depending on your location & payment method, the order can take anywhere between 2-10 working days to reach your doorstep. 

Q. What if the product is damaged during transit?

We take utmost care and use the best packaging material to ensure that the products reach you safe & secure in good condition.  Hence there are no chances of the product getting damaged during transit.  However even in rare case if such damage occurs in transit, you can send the product back to us with a copy of the invoice and we will immediately send you a fresh product as replacement.

Q. Does Wondershop.In deliver bulk orders through online payment? Do you deliver internationally?
Bulk Orders are better processed offline. For Special Orders/Bulk Orders (total order value exceeding  5000), email us through the CONTACT US section by clicking here.
Wondershop.In does not deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
However, we do export many items. For your Overseas Inquiries, please email us via the CONTACT US section as well.


With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

To shop online, you need to have an account with WonderShop.In
This is easily done by registering your Name & Contact Details (for accurate and timely delivery of your orders).

Your LOGIN details for WonderShop.In are your valid & active email address and password selected by you.

Ensure that the Contact details and Email address you enter are absolutely accurate since the Order Processing & Delivery are dependent on them.

We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and track your orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at WonderShop.In.

Q. What is My Wishlist?

MY WISHLIST is like a reminder list or a checklist of the items you are interested in buying at a future date.

While you are logged in to the site with your LOGIN details, on any product page, you will see the option of Adding the items to your Wishlist. You can do this if you do not want to purchase it now but at a future date. When you are ready to purchase it, simply LOG IN, go to your Wishlist and ADD that product to your Shopping Cart from there. This way, you will be reminded of the items you liked on the site rather than forgetting about them completely over time.

To be able to view your Wishlist, you need to be registered on the website. The Wishlist page can be viewed by clicking on the ‘My Wishlist’ link on the top of the site or while you are in the ‘My Account’ page.

Q. What does the TRACK MY ORDER feature in MY ACCOUNT show?

It shows a consolidated list of all your past and present purchases at WonderShop.In.

It shows all order details, including the contents of the order, the order value, the delivery details, etc for future reference. Your current order status gets updated here as and when it is processed/dispatched by us. Of course you will also receive emails signaling any changes in the status of your order.

Q. I'm not sure if I've registered or not! How can I tell?

To log in, you need to know your Email address and password. If you cannot remember if you are registered, click on the 'forgotten password' link on the login page, type your email address and see if you get a password in your inbox. If you don’t, you haven’t registered.

Q. I registered on your website a while ago, but now I can't remember my password. Help!

Don't worry - simply go to the login page & click on Forgot Password. Type your email address, press continue and you will immediately get your password via email.

Q. I was half way through placing a large order on your website, when I lost my connection. Do I have to start all over again?

If you have lost your connection and then come back on to the website, you will be prompted if you were halfway through a basket before being cut off, allowing you to resume from where you finished. This does depend on your computer set up and whether you have cookies enabled.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

Q. What happens if I don't like the items that I receive?

Our reputation depends on the accurate illustration and description of products in our online store. We aim to portray all items honestly and accurately, both in the image and the text. However, if you are disappointed that an item in your order is very different from what is shown or mentioned on the website, or if they are not as you expected, you can contact us & return them within 3 days for a full refund. They should be returned with all their components and cartons.

Q. I have received a defective item. How do I get it replaced?

In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on  +91-97571 97320 , within 3 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

COMPLAINTS:

We always strive hard & do our best to ensure that you have a fun-filled shopping experience and receive the wonderfool products in top condition as per your expectations.

But sometimes (and we say only sometimes) errors and mistakes do happen. If any such fault comes to your attention or if any part of our products or services is not up to the mark, we would appreciate your feedback. We will do everything we can to attend to your complaint & rectify our mistakes. We are serious about you having fun. We want you to have a wonderfool time!

REPLACEMENTS:

We advise you to check the parcel you receive at the time it is delivered to your doorstep. If the product is damaged during transit by our courier service provider (it won’t normally happen), simply return the product to us along with a copy of the INVOICE and all the products’ accessories, original packing etc. Please also include a NOTE with your personal details, order details & what went wrong with the delivered product so we can take corrective action.

As soon as we receive the damaged product back, we shall send another fresh unit of the product by courier.
Important: The product has to be dispatched for replacement within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.  After 3 days, no complaints will be entertained.
